Vang Vieng is a beautiful town on the bank of the Nam Song River. For years, this town is a popular party destination for many tourists, as well as a great destination for the travelers that like outdoor activities such as mountain biking, kayaking, swimming and many more. The lagoon is small so it is often filled with people. From the lagoon, you can go up to the Golden Cave where you can see the Sleeping Golden Buddha and admire the glimmering stalactites.
